Its functionality is similar to consumer start pages such as iGoogle and My Yahoo. Enterprises use Rich Dashboard to enable their end-users to create their own personalized dashboard that contains all relevant information in one screen. Rich Dashboard is 100% compatible with third party gadgets including iGoogle gadgets. Rich Dashboard lowers the cost of implementing and managing the information presentation layer by integrating with existing applications distributed over multiple heterogeneous systems.

Rich Forms: Backbase Rich Forms is a rich presentation tier for applications requiring data capture. As more and more businesses use multiple and complex Web forms for business-critical transactions, online form conversion is disappointingly low because of awkward and hard-to-complete forms. Rich Forms, on the other hand, enhances customer relationship and stimulates online interaction with user-friendly online forms that deliver higher conversion ratios.

Co-browse & Chat: Backbase Co-browse and Chat is for online collaboration. Today, more and more businesses are moving their processes and critical business applications to the Web.
