B2net Partners with Xsigo to Deliver Virtualization Solutions to UK Market

Xsigo's Innovative Data Center I/O Virtualization Technology Further Strengthens B2net's Service Offerings

B2net announced its partnership with Xsigo Systems to offer complete virtualization solutions to customers in the UK market.

“The partnership with Xsigo fits in perfectly with our growth strategy as the innovative data center I/O virtualization technology further strengthens our service offering,” said Jason Clark, managing director at B2net. “Xsigo’s technology increases our ability to provide unique, tailored solutions, and as one of the few resellers in the UK with a Xsigo demonstration unit, our customers will be among the first to realize the benefits.”

The Xsigo VP780 I/O Director overcomes the limitations of traditional server connectivity by consolidating cabling and replacing multiple physical network and storage interfaces (NICs and HBAs) with virtual resources that appear to applications and operating systems exactly as their physical counterparts. As a result, data centers can achieve new levels of operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Paul Goodridge, UK director at Xsigo commented, “We are delighted to be entering into this key partnership with B2Net. Xsigo’s partners play a fundamental role in rolling out our solutions to end users and B2Net has the domain expertise and track record within the virtualization space. There is a massive, growing demand in the UK for virtualization datacenter solutions and we look forward to working closely with B2Net to meet our customers’ needs.”
