The Spry framework provides a lightweight, flexible set of tools for building rich user interfaces and integrating XML and JSON data into Web pages. This session will explore the fundamentals of the Spry framework including dynamic datasets, widgets and visual effects, as well as broader tips and tricks for developing engaging, AJAX-based Websites.

Speaker Bio: Andrew Powell has been architecting and developing Web applications for over 10 years using ColdFusion, Java, ASP.NET and ASP. His background includes experience running IT Departments for firms in the executive search and aviation consulting fields. Currently, Andrew is a Senior Consultant at Universal Mind specializing in ColdFusion, Java, Spry and Flex.
