I.R.I.S. announced the availability of a new, integrated desktop solution, made available through, and developed by its department I.R.I.S. ICT.

The IRIS Virtual Desktop Solution takes advantage of central hardware and virtualization technologies, integrating a in-house developed desktop appliance, the IRIS Client, and offers innovative and problem-solving functionalities compared to a traditional thin client solution or to other desktop virtualization concepts. Functionality can be summarized as follows:
