Nexaweb Receives Editors' Choice Award From CMP's Intelligent Enterprise

Recognized as Top "Enterprise Applications" Company to Watch in 2008

Nexaweb Technologies, Inc. announced it has been selected for the annual Editors' Choice Award from CMP's Intelligent Enterprise. The 2008 award was bestowed upon a list of 48 companies that provide exceptional vision, technology innovation and customer leadership in attaining strategic objectives.

Recognizing Nexaweb as a top enterprise applications company to watch, the editors note: "In the young RIA (rich Internet application) era, this company is an old hand. Nexaweb is a perfect example of an agile developer adapting its enterprise-oriented products for important trends: SOA (service-oriented architecture), Ajax and Web 2.0."

The award collaborators named 12 companies, proclaiming them the "Intelligent Enterprise Dozen," as well as 36 "Companies to Watch" across five key categories: business intelligence, enterprise applications, information management, performance management and process management.

"Naming the 'Companies to Watch' is never an easy task," said Doug Henschen, editor-in-chief, Intelligent Enterprise. "We look beyond sheer size and technology breadth to consider vendors that are leading the market in terms of innovation and market influence."

"This honor from CMP's Intelligent Enterprise further affirms our leadership in the RIA and Enterprise Web 2.0 marketplace," said Chris Heidelberger, CEO at Nexaweb. "We help our customers realize the true potential of the Web as a business platform by enabling them to deploy their most critical business applications as RIAs, composite applications and enterprise mashups. Doing so not only offers end-users a rich, interactive, and engaging application experience, but also makes them more productive, simplifies application maintenance, and ensures long-term ROI."
