The Xgig platform is used by developers and SAN architects worldwide to test, analyze, and validate the performance of the entire spectrum of Fibre Channel SAN equipment, ranging from chips to large scale systems. With this new load tester Finisar now provides full line-rate load testing for the new generation of 8 Gb/s Fibre Channel products. The 8G Fibre Channel Load Tester is part of the Xgig unified platform and allows users to easily combine Load Tester capabilities with existing development tools.
