ActiveGrid offers a complete solution for building Web-Fast, enterprise applications that deploy into a CIO-Safe environment. “We liked the work that the TurboAJAX Group was doing so much that we had to buy it,” says Chris Keene, CEO of ActiveGrid, “The addition of TurboAJAX technology gives ActiveGrid a unique position in the market, spanning rapid prototyping and development to the rapid deployment of dynamic web applications."

According to Dylan Schiemann of SitePen, “It is great sign for the Dojo Foundation to have a company such as ActiveGrid pledging significant contributions to help the Dojo Community with tools, widgets and support. I expect this combination to significantly boost adoption of the Dojo Toolkit in enterprise environments.”

ActiveGrid will continue support for TurboAJAX customers. The TurboAJAX Forum will become a key facet of the ActiveGrid Community located at http://dev.activegrid.com/community.
