It's a great time to be an AJAX or Rich Internet Application developer. Backbase, for example – which is growing quickly – is constantly on the lookout for talented people to join its team. •Good interpersonal and communication skills

•Ability to work effectively with an existing large and expanding code base
•Must have a sense of ownership of the “bigger picture” of what’s being developed.

Educational Skills:
•Bachelors in CS (or related field) required. MS preferred
