"The designer to developer workflow is the focus of the major players in RIA and will be the defining area that decides whether your RIA development succeeds or fails," says Adams.

Adams leads the User Experience Group at Cynergy, an award-winning creative team that specializes in world class user interface design and drives their unique and proven LookFirst approach for RIA development. He has managed all facets of UI design and Information Architecture for nearly a decade, and has dedicated the last 3 years to enterprise RIA design implementation

Johnson has been actively developing in Adobe Flex and participating in the Flex development community for over a year and a half and has been involved with developing innovative technologies for the last 7 years.
