Leads360 Adds AJAX to LeadManager Lead Management Application

Advanced Technology Platform Boosts Performance

(SYS-CON Media) Leads360 (www.leads360.com), provider of on-demand lead management solutions, has announced that the company's flagship product, LeadManager, is now AJAX enabled. The addition of this powerful new technology offers Leads360 clients the opportunity to process lead data faster and more efficiently.

"This is an important milestone for us," said Jeff Solomon, CEO of Leads360. "While LeadManager already sets the standard for optimization and response time, the consistent growth of our client base, subscribers and lead volume dictates that performance is paramount. As the technology and market leader, we're required to continually evaluate our solutions and constantly improve from both a technology and service perspective so as to continue to provide the ultimate user experience for our clients."

By bridging the performance gap between the functionality and interactivity of a desktop application and an on-demand Web-application, AJAX represents a fundamental shift in what's possible on the Web. More than just one new technology, AJAX represents the incorporation of several advanced standards, including dynamic display and interaction and asynchronous data retrieval, all coming together in a powerful new way.

"AJAX is especially important for LeadManager because we deal with so much data," added Solomon. "With the addition of AJAX, the LeadManager is significantly more agile, and performance in data-intensive areas has been drastically improved."

When building large, cloud-based applications that operate at a high scale, it’s important to maintain a high availability and resilience to failures. In order to do that, you must be tolerant of failures, even in light of failures in other areas of your application. “Fly two mistakes high” is an old adage in the radio control airplane hobby. It means, fly high enough so that if you make a mistake, you can continue flying with room to still make mistakes. In his session at 18th Cloud Expo, Lee Atchison, Principal Cloud Architect and Advocate at New Relic, will discuss how this same philosophy can be applied to highly scaled applications, and can dramatically increase your resilience to failure.
