UPDATE - Microsystems Releases EagleEye 3.0

Most Widely Used Proofreading Tool for Lawyers Adds Intelligent Analysis

DOWNERS GROVE, IL--(Marketwired - August 20, 2014) - Microsystems announces the release of Version 3.0 of EagleEye, the most widely used Agreement Checker software, which enables lawyers and their law firms to reduce time spent manually checking documents by as much as 90%.

EagleEye automates the review of agreements to ensure legal work product is complete, consistent and free of ambiguity. This significantly reduces document turnaround time, enabling lawyers and their support teams to focus on legal strategy and content.

"We understand that lawyers utilize technology in all aspects of their lives, and want business applications to operate as intuitively as consumer applications," said Microsystems CEO Chris Junker. "EagleEye 3.0 provides that world-class user experience, incorporating more flexible options for mirroring lawyers' workflows."

In addition to a fully updated interface and workflow enhancements, EagleEye 3.0 features Smart Settings: built-in system intelligence which performs an initial assessment on each document and helps lawyers easily tune the system specifically for their document, ensuring greater accuracy of the agreement checker solution.

"Using EagleEye and Office 2013, lawyers can check legal documents for common issues with the push of a button. Rather than spending long hours manually redlining documents, they can focus more strategically on better outcomes for clients," said Nishan DeSilva, senior director within Microsoft's Legal and Corporate Affairs group. "The intuitive interface and Smart features of EagleEye 3.0 along with the power of Office 2013 means new lawyers using the system immediately, without training."
