Matrix Medical Puts Science Into HR Processes With Infor

Infor Talent Science to Help Build Out Contact Center, Hire Loyal Staff

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - July 02, 2014) -  Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced that Matrix Medical Network has selected Infor Talent Science. Matrix Medical Network is a national leader in prospective health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members and will use the solution to help identify productive and dependable contact center candidates who will be the voice of Matrix to its more than 2,000 Medicare Advantage members signing up for health visits every day.

"We're in a high-demand healthcare sector with double-digit growth several years running," said Chaz Hinkle, chief human resources officer, Matrix Medical Network. "The Infor predictive model is proven in the healthcare industry to identify top performers who will stay and grow with us."

Hiring the right talent is critical for the contact center positions at Matrix, which schedule Medicare Advantage members for health assessments and route the schedules of more than 600 nationwide Matrix nurse practitioners who visit those members. The software's unique predictive talent analytics will compare candidates with a Performance Profile for each position that will help leaders select the candidates with the highest probability of long-term success. Leaders will use Infor Talent Science as a guide for candidate interview questions, ongoing employee development, and succession planning. Infor Talent Science will also integrate with Matrix Medical Network's applicant tracking system.

"Today's health care industry moves quickly and requires companies to be able to add the right staff quickly," said Tarik Taman, general manager, HCM, Infor. "Infor gives companies like Matrix Medical Network the predictive power to use talent science to find and hire the team members who will stay and grow with the company."
