IntelePeer Unveils New Channel Partner Program

Cloud Advantage Partner Program Boosts Incentives and Support for Indirect Sales Channel

SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/03/14 -- IntelePeer, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand, cloud-based unified communications, today announced the Cloud Advantage Partner Program to boost support and incentives to the company's indirect sales channel partners. The new program reinforces marketing, sales and revenue opportunities for IntelePeer's global network of world-class business partners, technology alliance partners, and value-added resellers and systems integrators.

  • A three-tiered partner structure that includes Silver, Gold and Platinum levels to reward partners as they grow with IntelePeer, delivering increased levels of benefits and support
  • Allocated market development funds for partners
  • A partner training and onboarding program coupled with additional support tools
  • A reorganized channel team structure to improve IntelePeer's ability to meet partners' support needs in regional territories
  • Customer and partner portals that are optimized as self-service tools to streamline deployments
  • Partner advocacy initiatives to encourage partner involvement among the IntelePeer organization and measure overall success of the program.

IntelePeer's Cloud Advantage Partner Program introduces new tools and education programs geared to provide partners with the necessary resources to lead with SIP services at the beginning of a deployment. The new partner training and onboarding program comprises live and online modules tailored to individual partners and topics at hand. In addition, IntelePeer will soon be launching Masterstream, a highly adopted quoting platform among channel partners, to enable partners with ability to self-quote and initiate the sales cycle.
