Systems Integrators Continue to Bet on Infor Healthcare

Lexicon Networks and Analysts International Corporation to Implement Infor Cloverleaf, Infor ION

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 01/27/14 -- Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced that Lexicon Networks, based in Schaumburg, Ill., and Analysts International Corporation (AIC), based in Minneapolis, Minn., have joined the Infor Partner Network as Infor Alliance Partners. Both companies will provide implementation and integration services for the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite to customers across North America. The Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite delivers secure integration messaging, monitoring, archiving, resiliency, and cost-efficient interoperability via industry standard protocol and web services. With these innovative tools from Infor, healthcare organizations can better aggregate disparate information systems and data, inside and out, across different source systems, message formats and transmission protocols.

"Infor Cloverleaf enables connectivity and information flow, which are critical functions for today's healthcare organizations," said Lynn Sauder, vice president, Global Alliances and Channels, Infor. "By working directly with Cloverleaf, Lexicon Networks and AIC will give our healthcare customers even more resources to rely on to ensure a more smooth implementation process."

Lexicon Networks, a full-service consulting firm, will also provide implementation and integration services for Infor ION in addition to Infor Cloverleaf. By providing healthcare organizations with Infor's lightweight, purpose-built middleware platform, Lexicon Networks will deliver the connectivity to reduce information and operational silos, while providing the flexibility to make changes or integrate additional applications in the future.

"Our goal is to provide businesses with the tools they need to run more efficiently and reduce costs using technology," said Art Caines, managing partner, Lexicon Networks. "By partnering with Infor, we now have an opportunity to work with both Infor Cloverleaf and Infor ION, which opens up a whole new level of integration possibilities for our clients."

In addition, Infor Cloverleaf is designed to enable connectivity among data, doctors and communities by providing the ability to quickly and securely transfer critical patient information. Data can be easily communicated to departments within the same facility and to other healthcare organizations that might be treating the same patient. By delivering timely access to integrated information, providers can ensure that the best method of care is offered.

"We believe that Infor Cloverleaf will help our clients to make better care decisions by providing a holistic view of their patients' medical history," said Jeff Hoekstra, solutions director, Analysts International Corporation. "Working with Infor will allow us to combine our technical expertise with the latest in healthcare information technology innovation, effectively giving our customers the upper hand when it comes to implementation and services."

"Peak 10 is a hybrid infrastructure provider across the nation. We are in the thick of things when it comes to hybrid IT," explained , Chief Technology Officer at Peak 10, in this SYS-CON.tv interview at 20th Cloud Expo, held June 6-8, 2017, at the Javits Center in New York City, NY.
We are seeing a major migration of enterprises applications to the cloud. As cloud and business use of real time applications accelerate, legacy networks are no longer able to architecturally support cloud adoption and deliver the performance and security required by highly distributed enterprises. These outdated solutions have become more costly and complicated to implement, install, manage, and maintain.SD-WAN offers unlimited capabilities for accessing the benefits of the cloud and Internet. SD-WAN helps enterprises to take advantage of the exploding landscape of cloud applications and services, due to its unique capability to support all things cloud related.

When building large, cloud-based applications that operate at a high scale, it's important to maintain a high availability and resilience to failures. In order to do that, you must be tolerant of failures, even in light of failures in other areas of your application. "Fly two mistakes high" is an old adage in the radio control airplane hobby. It means, fly high enough so that if you make a mistake, you can continue flying with room to still make mistakes. In his session at 18th Cloud Expo, Lee Atchison, Principal Cloud Architect and Advocate at New Relic, discussed how this same philosophy can be applied to highly scaled applications, and can dramatically increase your resilience to failure.
