Jerry Baldwin Named Top 50 Midmarket IT Vendor Executive by Midsize Enterprise Summit

Condusiv™ Technologies, the leader in high-performance software optimizing technology, people and businesses, announced today that CEO, Jerry Baldwin has been named to the Top 50 Midmarket IT Vendor Executive list, featuring the industry’s most influential vendor executives who serve midmarket and midsize customers. The goal of the inaugural list is to shine a spotlight on the professionals driving one of the most important customer segments in the industry today.

The Top 50 Midmarket Executives honored and selected for this distinction by the Midsize Enterprise Summit leadership team, industry peers and customers were reviewed by the Executive Summits Advisory Board and other industry experts who evaluated each organization and individual on their voice, leadership skills and ability to deliver exceptional solutions to the needs of the midmarket CIOs and IT leaders.

“According to the National Center for the Middle Market, with revenues between $10MM and $1B, the approximately 197,000 companies that comprise the U.S. middle market encompass 43 million jobs, account for 34% of total private employment, and generate more than $9 trillion in combined revenues annually,” said Jerry Baldwin, CEO of Condusiv Technologies. “If looked at as an individual market segment, the middle market would be the world’s fourth largest global economy. Obviously, the middle market is critical to America’s competitiveness and future. The IT industry and its innovation have led our economy out of the past three recessions. Our mission at Condusiv is to deliver exceptional solutions optimizing technology, people and businesses, helping our partners and customers focus on increasing the business value of their companies. It is a true honor to be selected as one of the first vendor executives on the inaugural list.”

“The winners of this important honor represent the hard working individuals who serve the midmarket with unwavering dedication and prioritize their customer needs above all else,” said Robert C. DeMarzo, Senior Vice President of Strategic Content, The Channel Company. “Our Midsize Enterprise Summit is an ideal venue to honor these deserving leaders, and we congratulate each executive on their success.”

The Top 50 Midmarket IT Vendor Executive list was unveiled at the Midsize Enterprise Summit (MES), September 22-25 at the JW Marriott in Phoenix, AZ. In addition, the list of executives is featured in a slideshow on CRN.com. Visit http://www.xchange-events.com/mes50 for direct access to the slideshow.

Because Linkerd is a transparent proxy that runs alongside your application, there are no code changes required. It even comes with Prometheus to store the metrics for you and pre-built Grafana dashboards to show exactly what is important for your services - success rate, latency, and throughput. In this session, we'll explain what Linkerd provides for you, demo the installation of Linkerd on Kubernetes and debug a real world problem. We will also dig into what functionality you can build on top of the tools provided by Linkerd such as alerting and autoscaling.
DevOps is a world surrounded by information, starting from a single commit and ending in roll out to production. In this talk, I'll introduce you to the world of Taboola DevOps data collection, to better understand what goes on under the hood. The system we've developed in-house helps us collect and analyse the entire DevOps process from the very first commit all the way to production. It provides us a full clear view with a drill-down toolset that helps keep us away from the dark side. Our KPI's moved from being abstracted ideas to data driven goals, which we can measure and act upon. We're living in a data driven world when all business components are based on our clients action and reaction, why not doing the same thing within our DevOps eco-system?
