Knoa Software, in Cooperation with SAP, to Sponsor U.S. Embassy Event in London

Knoa® Software, the leading provider of user experience and performance management software, today announced that it will co-sponsor with SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) “Revolutionizing Human Experience with Enterprise Technology,” an event held at Tobacco Dock by the U.S. Embassy in London on March 21. The executive briefing seminar and reception will examine the benefits of implementing User Experience Management (UEM) software solutions and provide insight on what to expect from this growing market in 2013.

Knoa is a leader in the developing segment of UEM, which provides strong operational improvements and delivers substantial return on investment for customers. The company’s award-winning Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) goes beyond the performance of networks, hardware and infrastructure – providing a clear view of how users actually interact with the system – screen by screen. It lets IT proactively assess each user's performance, understand how each user navigates the application, and provides an early indication of user inconsistencies before they reach the support desk or worse, the customer. The solution is resold by SAP as the SAP® User Experience Management (SAP UEM) application by Knoa.

“We’re excited to host this event with SAP to highlight the growing customer demand for UEM solutions worldwide,” said Thad Eidman, Chief Executive Officer, Knoa Software. “Knoa’s solutions provide strong operational improvements, offer substantial ROI and deliver an unmatched view into the performance of critical business process. Europe remains one of our highest growth markets and we’re delighted to participate in this event with the SAP team.”

Keynote Sessions

The event will feature keynote presentations from Guy Armstrong, Director of Services, SAP UK and Knoa Software’s Thad Eidman. Armstrong will discuss how technologies such as SAP UEM by Knoa enable customers to reach best-in-class customer performance and further achieve the full value of their investments in SAP solutions. This value realization for customers is essential and core to SAP’s goals in the United Kingdom. Eidman will discuss Knoa’s commitment to customer success and satisfaction, as well as the company’s objectives in EMEA for 2013.

In addition, the event will feature the following presentations:

  • There’s an Elephant in the Room! (Business Challenges) -- Ian Ainstey, Managing Director EMEA, Knoa Software, will discuss the four solution sets SAP UEM offers and the operational benefits they provide to existing customers.
  • The Revolution Driving Business Value (Value Engineering) – Clément Celier, Vice President, SAP Global Value Engineering, will examine value engineering’s role in helping customers reach best-in-class objectives through the use of the powerful analytics features in SAP UEM.
  • How 20% of Fortune 50 Companies Revolutionized Human Experience with their Use of SAP Solutions (Case Studies) – Michael Zuckerman, Chief Marketing Officer, Knoa Software, will highlight specific customer challenges and the benefits they received from their implementations of SAP solutions.

“Social, mobile, analytics and cloud can’t be looked at as distinct technology trends; they are facets of the same movement and an everyday reality for consumers and businesses alike,” said Craig Sowell, IBM VP of SmartCloud Marketing, in this exclusive Q&A with Cloud Expo Conference Chair Jeremy Geelan. “This means that businesses need to start looking at trends as one: cloud is the delivery, analytics is the unique insight, social is a shareable service, and mobile is the ubiquitous access.” ...

You're getting pitched every day from your legacy enterprise software and hardware vendors about "cloud." They're doing an amazing job of convincing your CIO and CTO about what cloud is and how you should use it. The reality is they're defending their shrinking market share and keeping you on the legacy treadmill for as long as they can by selling you solutions that aren't "cloud." In her session at the 12th International Cloud Expo, Niki Acosta, Cloud Evangelista for Rackspace, will talk thro...

One of the most compelling promises of the cloud is that you can pull out a credit card and be working in minutes. No purchase orders to fill out, no equipment to wait for on the loading dock. Just instant access to the resources you need, when you need them. But accessibility comes at a price, and an unintentional consequence may be that you create yet another orphaned identity silo. Enterprise IT has spent years consolidating its mishmash of directories, only to discover that cloud now threate...
