The announcement was made at the HIMSS13 Annual Conference & Exhibition where Predixion is demonstrating Predixion Readmission Insight™ in Microsoft’s booth #1127.

A major healthcare provider was recognized for its implementation of Predixion Readmission Insight™, a preventable readmission healthcare solution designed in collaboration with provider organizations and built on Predixion’s predictive analytics platform that is fully integrated with Microsoft BI capabilities. Predixion Readmission Insight is helping identify patients at risk of readmission before they leave the hospital and allows for more tailored care to ensure a more successful outcome.
