Webinar: exploring how to boost productivity with the new release of Maximizer Software’s CRM solution

BRACKNELL, UK - 15th February, 2013 - Maximizer Software is hosting a webinar on Wednesday 27th February, introducing the latest release of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Maximizer CRM 12 Winter 2012, which includes new features aimed at increasing user productivity.   • contact visualisation - instantly view all contacts within the same company and access critical information on them at once to support data targeting and identify the best potential sales leads;

  • the quick access bar - customise and simplify everyday tasks, such as saved searches and customer lists so that they can be activated with a single click, improving efficiencies and customer response times, thus increasing customer service satisfaction.

The live demo will be presented via iPad, taking full advantage of the CRM system's improved optimisation for smartphones and tablets, which enables even greater mobile access for staff at big corporations and SMEs alike.
