Gozaik's patent-pending technology dissects, organizes and structures jobs tweeted daily by employers and allows a user to directly apply to a tweeted job using their enhanced Gozaik Resume. This unique, multi-media mosaic Resume enables candidates to creatively mashup their life and work experience using voiceovers, videos, awards, project profiles, photos, recommendations, social media handles and more. The completed Resume enables job-seekers to accelerate their ability to apply for their dream job more quickly and easily than any other online job board.

Employers, too, benefit from Gozaik. Following registration employers instantly receive candidates through the social platform, increasing applicant response time by 80% and widening their job visibility beyond traditional Twitter followers to include every Gozaik user.

Gozaik also spotlights "trending" candidates and employers. Resumes and jobs with the most activity trend within a user's or employer's dashboard, creating both candidate demand as well as competition.

"Given the concentration of Boston area college students and recent graduates, many of whom are finding the job market tough and the competition even tougher, it's gratifying to be recognized so early on by local business influencers as a start up to watch," said Kelsey Curtis, Social Marketing Manager, Gozaik. "With Gozaik, we intend to revolutionize how Millennial users introduce, apply to jobs and market themselves to employers. There is no other comparable platform in the marketplace today that speaks so well to this demographic and takes advantage of how they prefer to communicate to both their peers and prospective employers."

Gozaik will formally launch Beta in March 2013. Follow the company at https://twitter.com/Gozaik and on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Gozaik.

Most DevOps journeys involve several phases of maturity. Research shows that the inflection point where organizations begin to see maximum value is when they implement tight integration deploying their code to their infrastructure. Success at this level is the last barrier to at-will deployment. Storage, for instance, is more capable than where we read and write data. In his session at @DevOpsSummit at 20th Cloud Expo, Josh Atwell, a Developer Advocate for NetApp, will discuss the role and value extensible storage infrastructure has in accelerating software development activities, improve code quality, reveal multiple deployment options through automated testing, and support continuous integration efforts. All this will be described using tools common in DevOps organizations.
Modern software design has fundamentally changed how we manage applications, causing many to turn to containers as the new virtual machine for resource management. As container adoption grows beyond stateless applications to stateful workloads, the need for persistent storage is foundational - something customers routinely cite as a top pain point. In his session at @DevOpsSummit at 21st Cloud Expo, Bill Borsari, Head of Systems Engineering at Datera, explored how organizations can reap the benefits of the cloud without losing performance as containers become the new paradigm.
Security, data privacy, reliability and regulatory compliance are critical factors when evaluating whether to move business applications from in-house client hosted environments to a cloud platform.
