365 Connect Integrates Its Online Leasing Platform With Revenue Management Leader Rainmaker LRO™

NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- 365 Connect, the New Orleans based, award-winning online technology platform provider for the multifamily industry, announced today the integration of its Online Leasing Platform with Rainmaker LRO™, an optimized pricing software platform designed to provide robust, mathematical analytics and reporting methodologies for operators of multifamily communities. The integration, currently for two joint customers, will deliver consistent updated pricing, reduce data-input error rates and improve overall operational efficiencies.

"The integration with 365 Connect amplifies the flexibility of the Rainmaker LRO platform and its ability to integrate with leading technology providers in the industry," said Andrew Rains, executive vice president of Rainmaker LRO. "As the only revenue management platform to develop these types of integrations, we are better positioned to provide the most streamlined user experience from the executive to the on-site level. We're excited to partner with 365 Connect on this integration and help to better serve our mutual clients."

The integration is a result of continued focus on customer relations from both the Rainmaker LRO team and the team at 365 Connect. After discussions with joint customers on the mutually inclusive benefits available as a result of this relationship, the companies worked closely to complete the integration within a matter of days. The final product enables data to be pulled directly from Rainmaker LRO to 365 Connect's Online Leasing Platform, ensuring greater accuracy in pricing recommendations; creating more efficiencies and superior ease of use for on-site professionals, as well as stronger confidence in pricing practices. The integrated platform is currently deployed across two multifamily portfolios representing approximately 50,000 units.

"We are really pleased with the pace of the integration and are looking forward to continuing to add capabilities to the 365 Connect Platform on behalf of our customers," said Kerry W. Kirby, President and CEO of 365 Connect. "The development effort was in response to clients specifically requesting the integration between 365 Connect and the Rainmaker LRO platform. I think that is a testament to the positive reputation Rainmaker LRO has achieved in the marketplace as well as 365 Connect's drive not only to be responsive to the requests of our customers, but to make both platforms deliver a new scale of efficiency to the market."

Rainmaker LRO™ is the leading multifamily lease rate optimization solution used to maximize revenue from apartment leases.
