365 Connect Integrates Its Online Leasing Platform With Revenue Management Leader Rainmaker LRO™

NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- 365 Connect, the New Orleans based, award-winning online technology platform provider for the multifamily industry, announced today the integration of its Online Leasing Platform with Rainmaker LRO™, an optimized pricing software platform designed to provide robust, mathematical analytics and reporting methodologies for operators of multifamily communities. The integration, currently for two joint customers, will deliver consistent updated pricing, reduce data-input error rates and improve overall operational efficiencies.

The integration is a result of continued focus on customer relations from both the Rainmaker LRO team and the team at 365 Connect. After discussions with joint customers on the mutually inclusive benefits available as a result of this relationship, the companies worked closely to complete the integration within a matter of days. The final product enables data to be pulled directly from Rainmaker LRO to 365 Connect's Online Leasing Platform, ensuring greater accuracy in pricing recommendations; creating more efficiencies and superior ease of use for on-site professionals, as well as stronger confidence in pricing practices. The integrated platform is currently deployed across two multifamily portfolios representing approximately 50,000 units.
