MailChimp and Parse Partner to Bring the Mandrill Email API to Parse-Powered Applications

The Mandrill Cloud Module makes it easy for Parse applications to access Mandrill’s transactional email API and enable reliable trackable email sending from their mobile app.

For developers whose apps require transactional messaging such as password resets, order confirmations, welcome messages, personalized product recommendations and more, Mandrill provides a powerful, reliable way to customize, send, and track these messages.

“As a big fan of MailChimp, we’re really proud to bring the functionality of the Mandrill API to Parse-powered applications,” said Ilya Sukhar, CEO at Parse. “We get a ton of inbound requests for this integration, so we’re happy to further simplify this piece of the mobile puzzle for both Parse and MailChimp customers.”

“We’re really excited that Mandrill is now available to developers on a great platform like Parse,” said MailChimp Head of Integrations Amy Ellis. “The Mandrill Cloud Module brings the power of Mandrill to Parse-powered applications.”
