BlazeMeter Expands Into North America to Support Rapid Global Growth

Appoints Former Adobe Senior Manager Ophir Prusak as Senior Vice President Digital Marketing

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/12 -- BlazeMeter, provider of the load testing platform for developers, announced today the opening of a US branch in New York City and simultaneously, the appointment of Ophir Prusak as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing. Both come just one year after BlazeMeter launched and received $1.2 Million in Series A funding from Venture Capital, YL Ventures.

These advancements signal the acceleration of BlazeMeter's already rapid expansion and its increasing integrations within developer communities aimed to address the growing sophistication of developer load testing needs and larger markets.

Prusak brings 18 years' experience of digital marketing, analysis, optimization and implementation to BlazeMeter. Prior to joining BlazeMeter, he worked at Adobe as Senior Optimization Manager improving web sites for companies such as Gilt.com, Toys 'R' Us, Bank of America and other Fortune 100 companies. He also worked at POP (a digital agency) with clients like Nintendo and The Metropolitan Opera.
