Telco Systems won the Best AdvancedTCA Unique Customer Application with the T-Metro 8000 cloud gateway and service aggregation platform that was launched earlier this year. This is the first open architecture switching platform with best in class carrier Ethernet/MPLS density, scalability and price performance for cloud, mobile backhaul, and business services. Telco Systems was the only company to win this prestigious AdvancedTCA award two years in a row. Last year, the company won Best Software Product award for its BiNOX operating system which powers the Company's Carrier Ethernet solutions, ATCA switch blade line and the newly announced line interface cards.
