Telefonica Argentina Selects Amdocs for Wireless Transformation Initiative

Amdocs business support systems will enable a consistent user experience across multiple channels

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, today announced that Telefonica Argentina, one of  the country's leading mobile service providers, has selected Amdocs for a transformation program that will enable it to deliver a consistent user experience across multiple channels for its 16.7 million wireless Movistar brand subscribers.

The program and Amdocs products and services will simplify, standardize and transform Telefonica's processes.   Telefonica will implement a range of business support systems solutions from Amdocs' CES portfolio to allow its customers to move seamlessly between different sales channels and provide a unique customer experience.
