New Appointments Reflect Increased Demand for Metia's Digital Marketing Expertise

KIRKLAND, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/27/12 -- Metia, a leading international digital marketing agency, today announced the appointment of Andrew Martin as president and the promotion of J. Paul Anderson to regional vice president. As president, Martin will shift his focus from Seattle's operations to higher-level organizational strategy and expansion. Anderson, a seasoned digital marketing agency professional with more than 17 years of experience in the industry, will report to Martin as he oversees operations in the Seattle office.

The new appointments reflect Metia's increasing attention to the expansion of its North American footprint to better serve existing clients. In response to increased demand for Metia's digital marketing services, Martin will concentrate on scouting opportunities to establish additional North American offices.

In his new role, Anderson will lead the operational strategy and execution for Metia's Seattle office. Anderson has a deep understanding of digital brand experience, operations, software development and business development. Prior to his promotion within the company, Anderson was Metia's director of delivery and was responsible for the operation of Metia's delivery teams including strategy, content, design, user experience, and development for clients including AT&T, Microsoft, K2, and TCS Starquest. He has also held high-level positions at ZAAZ, an interactive digital agency, and Implement Consulting Group.

"Metia's offices are going through a transformation from locally focused agencies to global, regionalized creative and development services businesses. I'm extremely excited to be at the helm of this dynamic, thriving organization and I look forward to expanding its reach and influence at the national level. I am also confident that Paul will play an integral role in implementing our strategic vision regionally," said Martin.

"I'm excited to lead Metia's Seattle team and be a part of the growth and evolution of our business," said Anderson. "Clients demand that agencies offer expertise with the platforms, tools and technologies needed to engage customers across an ever-evolving variety of touch points. Metia produces results, insights and metrics that clients can't ignore, and I'm extremely proud to lead this group of talented individuals."

With Martin's shift to a national and strategic focus, and Anderson's proven leadership in the operational details of B2B marketing and customer engagement, Metia is well-positioned to grow its business and further enhance its position as a premier digital marketing innovator in the U.S. and around the world.
