Using Microsoft’s new ASP.NET 2.0 platform Corecon 2006 is able to offer Web-based estimating and project management software, which translates into a faster system for Corecon clients.
Corecon 2006 offers clients cost estimating, document control, scheduling, job cost control and collaboration, all at a competitive price starting at $40 per month.
Leveraging Microsoft's second generation Web platform and Ajax technology, Corecon 2006 provides a richer client interface and the ability to move faster between features, which allows clients to finish work more quickly and with fewer clicks of the mouse. Updated controls and sizeable windows make using the system even easier than before.
One of the new exciting features of this version is global search that allows users to search across projects and eliminates the laborious task of manually compiling information.
Major enhancements in Corecon 2006 help streamline vital business processes such as business development, estimating and scheduling. The scheduling module now allows for assigning responsibilities to employees, subcontractors/suppliers for better coordination of the scheduled tasks.
“There’s no longer any reason for project information to be scattered across computers in multiple documents and databases or for accounting programs to be at odds with the needs of project managers,” said Norman Wendl, president of Corecon Technologies, Inc. “Estimating costs, winning bids and managing projects is easy with this centralized system.”
Corecon 2006 offers flexible estimating and project management software that organizes and consolidates information. It also links to most major accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Small Business Accounting, making for easy integration into
existing systems—minus the hassles.
“I have worked with most project management software packages and recently switched to Corecon,” said Christine Harmon of Mojave Desert Construction. “I would like to commend you on a superior product. The ease of use and the excellent customer service that Corecon offers is unbeatable. I would recommend this product to anyone in the Construction business.”
Corecon Technologies, Inc. offers four different packages of the new software. Corecon 2006 Basic is geared toward remodelers and subcontractors. Corecon 2006 Pro is designed for general contractors, homebuilders, architects and engineering firms. Clients also have the option to purchase Corecon 2006 Estimator or Corecon 2006 Project Manager modules separately.
