TMP Worldwide's TalentBrew Mobile Selected as Finalist for CODiE Awards

Revolutionary Digital Solution Recognized for Its Mobile-Friendly Job Listings and Customized Application Process

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/28/12 -- TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, the world's largest independent digital recruitment advertising agency, today announced that TalentBrew Mobile, the company's digital job search solution, has been chosen as a finalist for the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) CODiE Awards for Business Software. The selection of TMP's innovative TalentBrew Mobile job search tool as a finalist in the Best of Mobile On-Demand Application category underscores the market need for enhanced mobile talent acquisition functionality in an age when people are increasingly relying on smartphones for nearly all aspects of their lives.

Developed in-house by TMP, TalentBrew Mobile is the recruiting industry's first truly mobile-friendly job search application. Providing an advanced, company-branded mobile user experience, the tool allows the company's clients to enhance the way job seekers find and apply for jobs. The mobile experience includes several key innovations, such as the ability to parse out the skills and years of experience needed for a position, so users can instantly determine if they are qualified without having to read a lengthy job description. In addition, contextual assets tailored for the mobile experience -- including photos, videos, employee profiles, maps and commute time tools, provide job seekers with insight into not only the company but the specific job and location as well. Candidates can then apply to jobs through their phones, resulting in a much faster application process.

The products selected as finalists in the CODiE Awards' Best Mobile On-Demand Application category are recognized for their use on mobile devices to either manage or access cloud-based or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. TalentBrew Mobile was chosen as finalist based on its ease of deployment and use, functionality of its key attributes, impact on business processes, ability to support a range of mobile devices and platforms and overall performance.

"We are excited and honored that TalentBrew Mobile stood out among the entrants as a leading mobile on-demand tool in this highly competitive category," said Matt Lamphear, senior vice president of Interactive Products at TMP Worldwide. "We developed this experience to enable our clients to interact with candidates where they are, through enhanced mobile and digital functionalities. The recognition of TalentBrew Mobile as a finalist in the CODiE Awards validates the growing market need for TMP's innovative mobile job search technology that more easily connects employers with potential talent."

SIIA members will review all finalists and vote on what they believe is the best product in each category. The winners of the CODiE Awards will be announced at the association's All About the Cloud conference held on May 10, 2012 in San Francisco.

About the CODiE Awards
The CODiE Awards, originally called the Excellence in Software Awards, were established in 1986 by the Software Publishers Association (SPA), now SIIA, so pioneers of the then-nascent software industry could evaluate and honor each other's work. Since then, the CODiE Awards has carried out the same purpose -- to showcase the software and information industry's finest products and services and to honor excellence in corporate achievement.
