Yesterday I was on a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) panel at the 2009 Distributed Common Groundstation (DCGS) conference in Virginia Beach VA.  The panel, which was pulled together by JFCOM J2 CTO John Marshall, included Ms. Michele Munson of Aspera, Mr. Lewis Shepherd of Microsoft, Mr. Rudi Ernst of Pixia, Dr. Kari Kelton of NSI and Ms. Casey Henson, CTO of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

But I also wanted to post mine here.  The briefing I give is a variant of my pitch on the future of IT, and I asked all there to please read the detailed backup slides to do some fact checking and to help me keep the briefing up to date.  If you have a few moments I’d like to ask your help in that regard as well.  Please scan through this briefing and let me know if new developments come to mind for things I should be tracking.
