ArcSoft’s PowerMobia® Mobile Broadcast TV is Demonstrated at Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum 2009 in Taipei

ArcSoft, Inc., the world-leading multimedia software provider, announced today that its mobile TV solution, PowerMobia® Mobile Broadcast TV is demonstrated at the sixth annual Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum, held at The Westin Taipei Hotel, on September 22nd.

PowerMobia® Mobile Broadcast TV is offered as a full-fledged application on Android and Windows Mobile platform to OEM manufacturers. It supports all five major digital broadcast TV standards around the world, which include DVB-H, DVB-T, CMMB, T-DMB/DAB and One Segment. This solution includes full software stack such as audio and video codecs, ESG/EPG, tuning and scanning, and integration with conditional access (CA) solutions. Advanced TV functions such as time-shift playback and PVR features are also provided.
