Neotys, a leader in easy-to-use, cost effective load testing tools for web applications and Trinity Technologies Corporation, a company providing EMC Documentum implementation services and solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) today announced a partnership which would integrate Neotys’ NeoLoad into Trinity’s offerings to optimize system performance for Documentum users.
Trinity launched this new service--called TrinitySPEED™-- to provide ongoing performance monitoring for Documentum users. TrinitySPEED Services offer a proven methodology which can be tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
Trinity has already used NeoLoad to stress test the hardware, network, and bandwidth for its customers. Systems are loaded with virtual hypothetical users to test the various Documentum functions that typical users would be performing in real life. The results provide relevant data to fine tune the infrastructure for optimal performance across the various nodes in the system.
According to Rick Ekstrand, chief technology officer for Trinity, “Incorporating NeoLoad into our new TrinitySPEED Services was key to being able to monitor, load test, and analyze database usage, content transfer, communication, and application performance within a customer’s Documentum enterprise. It provides actionable information, enabling us to tune our customers’ infrastructure for peak performance.”
According to Stephane Jammet, vice president of sales and business development, Neotys, “We are thrilled to be working with Trinity. The company’s expertise in Documentum provides a new market sector for our NeoLoad solutions.”
NeoLoad is a web stress testing software solution that runs high-load scenarios on web applications to measure performance and robustness prior to deployment. Unlike other web testing tools that require scripting, are overly complex and expensive, NeoLoad is easy-to-use, thanks to an intuitive GUI interface, requires no scripting, and provides a rich feature set at a cost effective price point. NeoLoad supports all web technologies and application server technologies including J2EE, .NET, PHP, AJAX, SOAP, FLASH, FLEX, GWT and Oracle Forms.
